to Buy in P&A
and Apparel DVD
series is the
second release
of it’s kind
from our
In-Dealership
training
program. It
includes six
DVDs, each
corresponding to
a step in the
sales process:
The Greet, The
Probe, The
Presentation,
Building the
Sale, The Close,
and Thank and
Follow-up.
The series is
instructor led
by Sam Dantzler,
who examines and
explains each
step thoroughly.
The purpose, the
goal, common
objections and
selling
techniques of
each step are
covered and
discussed in
detail.
Role-plays are
used
consistently
throughout the
series to
demonstrate
application on
the sales floor.
Each step is
accompanied by a
chapter in the
included
companion
student manual,
as well as a
student workbook
that checks for
understanding
from the
trainee. Each
section is
concluded with a
"Self Study"
section that
requires the
trainee to meet
with the P&A
manager and
demonstrate
understanding of
the step and
inquire about
dealership
specific
policies.
