The Making it Easy to Buy DVD series is the first product of its kind for the
power sports industry that enables sales managers to train their front line sales staff the sales process with a strong consistent message that can be utilized anytime. The Making it Easy to Buy DVD series includes seven DVDs, each corresponding to a step in the sales process: The Greet, The Probe, The Sit-On, The Presentation, The Sit-Down, and the Write-Up. The seventh DVD is a bonus called The Extra Mile.
The series is instructor led by Sam Dantzler, President of RPM Group, who examines each step thoroughly. The purpose, goal, common objections and selling techniques of each step are discussed in detail. Role-Plays are consistently used throughout the series to demonstrate application on the sales floor.
Each step is accompanied by a companion student manual, as well as a student workbook that checks for understanding from the trainee. Each section is concluded with a “Self Study” section that requires the trainee to meet with the Sales Manager and demonstrate understanding of the step and inquire about dealer specific policies.
Also included in the series is a Trainer’s Guide that allows mangers to quickly check workbook answers as well as guide managers through the “Self Study” portion. The entire set is comprised of 7 DVDs, 10 Student Workbooks, 10 Student Manuals and 1 Trainers Guide.
